Private For Sale By Owner works in 3 ways:
1/ Sold to a Private Buyer.

2/ A real estate agent brings in their client/Buyer and the Seller MAY agree to pay up to 2.5%(half) commission. *The price can be the asking price or higher. The Seller saves half of the regular commission. (Our survey suggests many sales are done this way)

3/ People sell for different reasons. Sellers may be running out of time and MAY consider listing with a real estate agent on MLS/Realtor.ca .
